High-voltage current-limiting fuses are suitable for indoor AC 50Hz systems with rated voltages of 3.6~12KV. They serve as short-circuit protection fuses for power capacitor banks and, under specified operating conditions, can reliably interrupt any fault current between the melting current and the rated breaking current.
They can also be used in conjunction with other electrical appliances (such as switches, contactors, etc.) to provide overload or short-circuit protection for power equipment such as motors, transformers, and capacitors.
