POWERSA-SV 1500V Lightning Protection Combiner Box
The PowerSA-SV combiner box integrates up to 24 or 32 PV string DC inputs into a single output channel. Each input string is protected by dedicated fuses, while the output is safeguarded with a circuit breaker and lightning protection device.
Product Overview
In large-scale grid-connected PV systems, the combiner box serves as a vital DC convergence point between the PV modules and the inverter. It reduces cabling complexity, simplifies installation and maintenance, and enhances overall system reliability by providing lightning, short-circuit, and grounding protection.
Two versions are available: intelligent and non-intelligent. The smart model includes a built-in monitoring module that continuously tracks the input current of each PV string, total output voltage, internal temperature, and the operational status of the SPD and circuit breakers.

Product Features
IP65 rated for waterproof, dustproof, anti-rust, and anti-salt-fog, suitable for outdoor installation. Supports up to 32 PV strings, each equipped with dedicated fuses to protect components and reduce maintenance costs while ensuring personnel safety. Includes PV lightning protection device for positive and negative busbar poles, with continuous operating voltage up to 1500V DC.
The power module supports PV system voltages up to 1500V DC. Smart monitoring module with Hall sensor collects current and bus voltage of each string, detects local faults, measures temperature, and monitors circuit breakers and SPD status. Digital display shows string current, bus voltage, temperature, breaker and SPD state, system power, and equipment address. Supports RS485/MODBUS-RTU communication, lightning protection for external interfaces, and parameter download from local monitoring devices. Working power can be supplied externally (220VAC/DC) or via the internal power supply, no separate wiring needed.
